Joining an allocation list, reservation form, or waitlist does not automatically guarantee product availability, final purchase rights, delivery, or a confirmed order unless explicitly confirmed by SAVICÉNNTI in writing.

First production quantities may be limited. Where demand exceeds availability, SAVICÉNNTI may decide how allocation is managed, including order of registration, communication history, availability by model, production limitations, or other reasonable business criteria.

5. Orders and Payments

If online purchases become available through our website, placing an order means you are making an offer to purchase the selected product according to these Terms.

An order is not considered accepted until we confirm it by email or through the website. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order where necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, stock limitations, suspected fraud, technical issues, or incorrect product information.

Payment details may be processed by third-party payment providers. We do not directly store full payment card information on our own systems.

If products are shipped outside Croatia or outside the European Union, you may be responsible for import duties, customs fees, local taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges required by your country.

These charges are not controlled by SAVICÉNNTI and are the responsibility of the customer unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout or in writing.

9. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

If you are a consumer purchasing online within the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, unless an exception applies.

Returned products must be unused, undamaged, complete, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories, documents, protective materials, and any included items.

Unless otherwise required by law, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs. We may reduce the refund amount if the product has been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it or if it is returned damaged, incomplete, worn, or altered.

Certain products may be excluded from withdrawal rights where permitted by law, including customized, personalized, made-to-order, or clearly bespoke items.

10. Warranty

SAVICÉNNTI products may be covered by a warranty as stated on the product page, warranty card, order confirmation, or separate warranty document.

Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, modification, negligence, abnormal wear, impact, improper handling, water damage caused by improper crown use, or use outside the stated product specifications.

This warranty does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
