My name is Dominik Kalađija, founder of SAVICÉNNTI.
After seven years designing watches for other brands, I reached a point where I knew I had to stop building someone else’s dream and start building my own.
SAVICÉNNTI was born from that decision — from the belief that time should not be wasted, because it is the one thing we never get back.
CETUS is our first release. Built as the first chapter of a brand created with discipline, pressure, and purpose.
BEHIND THE
NAME
SAVICÉNNTI takes its name from Svetvinčenat, a historic village in the heart of Istria, known locally by its Italian-influenced name, Savičenta.
Named after Saint Vincent and centred around the church that has stood there for centuries, the village embodies the history, character, and quiet beauty of the region.
MORE THAN
A NAME
For me, Istria has always been more than the birthplace of the name. It is my favourite place on earth — a place that represents freedom, inspiration, and a more deliberate way of living.
The sound and heritage of Savičenta became the foundation for SAVICÉNNTI: a name created to carry a piece of Istria into everything we build.
Pronounced Savi-cénnti, with the emphasis on the “é”, it is both the name of our brand and a tribute to the place that inspired it.
